All products are packaged on site and shipped via FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service directly from our factory in Durham, NH. Shipping And Handling Charges

We offer tiered Flat Rate Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders within lower 48 states.

  • All orders less than $25.00 will be charged $8.50 for shipping.
  • Orders greater than $25.00 and less than $50.00 will be charged $9.50 for shipping.
  • Orders greater than $50.00 and less than $100.00 will be charged $12.50 for shipping.
  • Orders greater than $100.00 and less than $200.00 will be charged $19.50 for shipping.
  • Orders greater then $200.00 will be charged $25.00 unless one of the following categories below applies:

  • All Sculling Oars, Sweep Oars, Wing Riggers, Sup Units and Car Racks ship in an oversized package and will be quoted based the on the shipping rate based on distance, package size, number of packages, the insured value.
  • Multiple package shipment, oversized shipment, special packaging required and /or overweight shipments that exceed the maximum shipping price, may require adjustment and the correct shipping handling price added.
  • Rowing or Sculling SimulatOar™ have the shipping included in the price.
  • Boats, related equipment, and accessories that ship together will be quoted on placement of the order.
  • Boat Slings ship in an oversized package and will be charged $45.00 for shipping.

Ordering Information

For all non-website orders please call, or e-mail with your name, complete shipping address, primary phone number, and payment method (VISA, Discover or Master Card with expiration date) Include the description with all options specified (e.g., for an oar order include Blade Type; Stiffness, Handle Size, Grip Type, Grip Color, Average Length, Average Inboard and other options that apply {Priming, Priming and Painting and the color of paint desired}). For any orders greater or equal to $1,000.00 that are paid for via credit card a finance charge of 4% will be applied. For any bulk order of shoes (8 pairs or more) a 4% charge is added on any credit card purchase. Also, for any credit card sale greater or equal to $1,000.00 that is returned for any reason, then a restocking fee equal to 8% will be charged. For a mistake in measurement that requires a rigger, seat or foot stretcher returned that is of a custom design, the restocking charge of 12% will be charged.
