The Durham Boat Company is looking for two motivated meticulous full-time employees to manufacture carbon fiber parts for the global rowing market. The jobs will entail carbon prepreg parts lay-up, molding and other related duties as assigned. The successful candidates will train on the 1st shift (7:00AM-3:30PM) and may move to 2nd shift upon completion of training.
The starting pay is $8.50 to $10.50/hour depending upon prior related work experience.
Desired attributes: Good manual dexterity, good mechanical aptitude and ability to work quickly and accurately. We are looking for career minded people for long-term employment.
